Créez votre compte
À partir du lien que nous vous avons transmis, indiquez le nom de votre établissement, votre email et un mot de passe. Votre compte est créé aussitôt, en attente de confirmation de paiement.

Recevez votre code d'installation par email
Dès que votre paiement est confirmé, vous recevez un email contenant votre code personnalisé — prêt à installer, sans attendre quoi que ce soit d'autre.

Installez le code sur votre site
Ouvrez le fichier de votre page d'accueil (ou l'éditeur de votre plateforme — WordPress, Wix, Shopify...) et collez le code juste avant </body>, tout en bas de la page.

🌐Sur tout le site plutôt que la page d'accueil seule ? C'est possible : le code peut être collé sur autant de pages que vous voulez. Si votre site utilise un modèle commun à toutes les pages (en-tête ou pied de page partagé, souvent le cas sur WordPress, Wix ou Shopify), collez-le une seule fois à cet endroit et l'assistant apparaîtra automatiquement partout. Sinon, répétez simplement l'opération sur chaque page où vous le souhaitez.

Connectez-vous et renseignez les informations de votre établissement
Avec l'email et le mot de passe choisis à l'inscription : horaires, tarifs, admission, activités... Le plus possible d'informations générales, jamais rien sur un résident précis.

Testez votre assistant
Rechargez votre site : la bulle apparaît en bas à droite. Cliquez dessus pour discuter avec votre assistant, désormais opérationnel.

Maak uw account aan
Via de link die wij u bezorgden, vult u de naam van uw instelling, uw e-mail en een wachtwoord in. Uw account wordt meteen aangemaakt, in afwachting van de betalingsbevestiging.

Ontvang uw installatiecode per e-mail
Zodra uw betaling bevestigd is, ontvangt u een e-mail met uw persoonlijke code — meteen klaar om te installeren, zonder verder te hoeven wachten.

Installeer de code op uw site
Open het bestand van uw homepage (of de editor van uw platform — WordPress, Wix, Shopify...) en plak de code net voor </body>, helemaal onderaan de pagina.

💡Niet vertrouwd met code? Neem contact op met ons technisch team — wij installeren het gratis voor u.
🌐Op de hele site in plaats van alleen de homepage? Dat kan: de code kan op zoveel pagina's als u wilt worden geplakt. Als uw site een gedeeld sjabloon gebruikt voor alle pagina's (gedeelde header of footer, vaak het geval bij WordPress, Wix of Shopify), plak de code dan één keer op die plek en de assistent verschijnt automatisch overal. Anders herhaalt u de stap gewoon op elke gewenste pagina.

Log in en vul de gegevens van uw instelling in
Met de e-mail en het wachtwoord van uw registratie: bezoekuren, tarieven, opname, activiteiten... Zoveel mogelijk algemene informatie, nooit iets over een specifieke bewoner.

Test uw assistent
Herlaad uw site: de bubbel verschijnt rechtsonder. Klik erop om met uw assistent te chatten, nu volledig operationeel.

Install the code on your site

🌐Want it on the whole site instead of just the homepage? That works too: the code can be pasted on as many pages as you like. If your site uses a shared template for every page (a shared header or footer — often the case on WordPress, Wix, or Shopify), paste it there once and the assistant will appear automatically everywhere. Otherwise, simply repeat the step on each page you want it on.

Using the email and password from your registration: visiting hours, pricing, admission, activities... As much general information as possible, never anything about a specific resident.

Reload your site: the bubble appears in the bottom-right corner. Click it to chat with your assistant, now fully operational.
